If you cannot provide satisfactory age verification, your account will be suspended and any winnings accumulated during the unverified period may be withheld pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bro44. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different phone numbers, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering on bro44, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth that correctly reflects your age. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bro44 account password. bro44 will never ask you to share your password — with our support team or with anyone else. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the bro44 security team immediately so that your account can be protected. bro44 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your bro44 account — not the same password you use for Easypaisa, JazzCash, or email.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered — it adds a critical layer of protection.
• Log out of bro44 when using a shared device or a public WiFi connection.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account without delay.

bro44 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All accepted payment methods are local to Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.

The minimum deposit at bro44 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for most players, though enhanced verification may be requested for large initial deposits. General bonus terms that apply across all bro44 promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• One bonus at a time: You may only hold one active deposit-match bonus in your bro44 account at a time. Claiming a new deposit-match bonus while an existing one is active will result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to real, withdrawable PKR. The wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.
• Withdrawal before wagering: If you request a withdrawal of your real-money balance before the wagering requirement on an active bonus is completed, the bonus balance and any winnings attributed to it will be forfeited.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Crash games, poker, and live card games typically contribute 100%. Blackjack contributes 25%. Check the specific promotion terms for the full contribution table.
• Bonus expiry: All bro44 bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe stated — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the offer. Expired bonuses and their associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonus terms — including using multiple accounts, placing matched bets to clear wagering at low risk, or any coordinated abuse — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their account suspended.

All bets placed on bro44 are final once confirmed. You accept that you understand the rules of the game or market you are participating in before placing any bet. bro44 reserves the right to void bets that were placed erroneously due to a technical error, displayed incorrectly due to a pricing error, or placed on markets that were suspended or closed at the time the bet was accepted.

For PSL cricket betting and other sports markets: if an event is abandoned before reaching the minimum threshold required for a valid result, all match bets will be voided and stakes returned. If a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern revised target applies and a valid result is determined, all bets settle on that official result. Outright tournament bets remain open unless the event is entirely cancelled.

For crash games (Aviator and similar): all rounds are governed by a provably fair algorithm. Players may independently verify any past round's crash point using the published hash seed. bro44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to cash out before the crash point. The nature of crash games is that the round ends at the crash point regardless of any connection issues on the player's side — incomplete auto-cashout bets settle on the same basis as manual bets.

For poker tournaments: if a tournament is cancelled before completion (for example, due to insufficient registrations), bro44 will refund all buy-ins to the participating players' accounts within 24 hours. Prize pool guarantees apply as stated in the individual tournament terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bro44 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Creating more than one account per person or household
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the platform
• Colluding with other players in poker games or any tournament
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Depositing or attempting to launder funds through bro44 in violation of anti-money laundering laws
• Sharing account access with another person, or selling or transferring your bro44 account
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward bro44 support staff or other players
• Any attempt to commit fraud against bro44 or other players by any means

bro44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if account closure is required by law or regulation.

If your bro44 account is suspended due to an investigation, you will be notified via your registered mobile number or email address. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, bet, or withdraw. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and any funds that were held will be released.

If your account is closed due to a confirmed breach, all bonus balances and any winnings generated through activity that violated these terms will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at bro44's discretion after completing any required investigation procedures.

Players also have the right to close their own bro44 account at any time. To request account closure, contact the support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of self-requested closure will be refunded via your most recently used payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification.

• Losses arising from bets placed during any period of incorrect odds display due to a technical error

• The outcome of any game, bet, or tournament — all gaming outcomes at bro44 are governed by chance and/or skill and no guarantee of winning is implied or offered
